Top coworking spaces in Pisa 2024

Although its leaning tower is most famous, the city of Pisa in Tuscany has many more historical artifacts to offer, as well as a rich history and, of course, delicious Tuscan food. Looking to make your visit both entertaining and productive? Have a look at the coworking space in Pisa selected by Remotely Serious!

NEST2HUB

Not far from Pisa Airport, NEST2HUB offers different options, whether you’re looking for access to a coworking space, a meeting or an event room. NestWork, the shared open space, is full of natural light and designed to be both comfortable and to encourage concentration. Not sure exactly when you’ll go? Top up a NestCard card (50€ minimum) to get access to a shared desk in the open space anytime between Monday and Friday, 08:30 to 20:00.

If you’d rather have your own dedicated desk within the open space, the Desk membership at 250€/month also comes with a bookcase and a chest of drawers, 4h/month of meeting room access, and grants you access Monday to Friday 08:30 to 20:00 and Saturdays between 9:00 and 13:00. Equipped private offices accommodating between 1 and 6 people are also on offer, starting at 430€/month.

Various rooms of meetings and events are on offer: the Cube room can seat 3 people and is ideal for conference calls and costs 5.6€/hour; the Strategic meeting room, for up to 6 people, costs 7€/hour; the H-Lab, perfect for hosting small courses and team building events, video and photo shoots, starts at 60€; the Creative room, which is modulable and can welcome courses and conference, can sit 30 people with prices starting at 79.60€. The open space itself can be rented out for larger events, and an outdoor space along the Arno bank can host your parties. Additionally, all users can make use of the relaxation area and the bar.

Spazio Fermi19

Close to the center of town, Spazio Fermi19 is a small but lovely corner from which to work, have meetings and encounter like-minded people. The coworking room offers 4 spacious workstations each equipped with a drawer, a lamp, a locker and an ergonomic chair. The meeting room, with a large table that can welcome up to 8 people or, alternatively, 4 workstations, is also available, and the break corner features a microwave, a fridge, a coffee machine and a table from which to have your lunch. Half a day of coworking comes at 10€, while a full day will cost you 18€, for access Monday-Friday, 9:00 to 18:00. A 5-day pack brings the cost down to 15€ per day, and a 10-day pack to 12€. A monthly subscription costs 185€. Private offices can also be rented out.

OpenPI

Open Monday-Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00, OpenPI is a “bio cafeteria” located in the center of Pisa offering coworking within its open space. For the first hour, entry costs 9€/hour and you have to also buy a drink; successive hours add 1,5€ to your bill, but if you purchase drinks or food amounting to at least 8€ during your stay, you won’t have to pay more than what you consumed. A meeting room accommodating a maximum of 15 people costs 20€/hour. Events regularly take place at OpenPI, which also boasts an exhibition space where you can discover new work or have your own exposed.

MyOffice Pisa

On the South-East side of town, MyOffice Pisa is a business center offering flexible, adaptable options whether you’re looking for a hot desk for an hour or to have your own, fixed spot for a few months – the idea is to only pay for the time you actually spend in the facilities. Although you can customize your membership to your needs, the standard coworking offer, at 150€ per month, grants you access to the coworking space which has large windows and accommodates 9 workstations each equipped with a locker. Every coworker has access to the meeting room for private phone or in-person conversations. Alternatively, you can book your own desk in a shared office, where you will find only 2 other workers. Private offices of varying sizes can also be rented out – again, you can adapt the cost to your usage, and full-time access costs 600€/month. The meeting room can be arranged in various ways and accommodate up to 15 or 30 people, for your courses, conferences and more. It comes equipped with a flipchart and a video projector, and can be rented out by the hour, the half-day or the full day.
